PASTE CU SURIMI SI SMANTANA - Edith's Kitchen

Ne trebuie:
250 g surimi
300 g paste
1 ceapa
300 ml smantana lichida
2 linguri ulei de masline
parmezan pentru ras desupra
sare, piper, busuioc, oregano (dupa gust- eu nu am pus decat piper)
Cum se face:
Se pun pastele la fiert in apa sarata si se fierb conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj.
Se taie ceapa fin si se caleste in ulei. Cand devine putin transparenta se adauga surimi-ul dezghetat si taiat rondele.
Se adauga sare, si dupa cateva minute se pune smantana (se poate folosi smantana normala subtiata cu putin lapte) si se amesteca bine timp de 2-3 minute.Se condimenteaza dupa gust. Sosul mai sus obtinut se toarna peste paste.

In farfurie se rade deasupra parmezan si… gata!
